This is an half old-half recent house, 135 M2 (garage not included) on a land of 2200 M2, restored and built by the owner himself. The oldest parts date of 1890 and 1910. It had been restored when the new part of the house has been built since 1994, all in a typical Mediterranean and Provencal fashion.

There are 3 bedrooms (one king size 180mm bed, one 140mm and one 120mm + a baby bed), all with air conditionning (reversible), 2 bathrooms and 2 WC, 1 large living room, 1 kitchen fully equipped, 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer, a library is available. Most furnitures are old family collectors. Only the garage is not available for the rental (where the family lets its own affairs), however there is a large parking outside for the cars (garage possible for motorcycles).

There is a large BBQ outside with a typical sink in "stone of Cassis" and a large shadowed place to make a "summer" living room under a 100 years old tree (lime). The house is surrounded by many trees and plants (oaks, pines, palms, lavender, rosemary, etc). The area is totally calm and quiet, being far from any road or town.

In the open country at 1 mile from the city of Aubagne-en-Provence, country of Marcel Pagnol and capital of clay/terracotta and the Santons de Provence, 10 km to the famous village of Cassis, the Calanques and the beaches of the Mediterranean sea, 12 km to the beaches of La Ciotat, 18 km to Marseille, 30 km to Aix-en-Provence, 55 km to Toulon, 100 km to the Camargue national park, 120 km to Saint-Tropez. Low season (01.11 to 30.03): 700 Euros/week, Medium season (01.04 to 01.07 and 01.09 to 30.10): 800 Euros/week, High season (01.07 to 31.08): 1000 Euros/week, Week-end (2 nights): 200 Euros. Longer stay, just ask.
Partial payment of 25% of the total price at reservation, the rest at the beginning of the stay (cash, bank transfer or Paypal) or 15 days before if payment by bank cheque. We will send two rental contracts, one being returned to us.
Guarantee of 25% of the total price, not perceived, given back if no damages.
Possibility of a cleaner during and/or at the end of the stay (60 Euros). Possibility of dinner and breakfast if ordered one day before.
